• Free local delivery for all orders over £249.99.
• All orders under £250 will be charged at £8.50 per delivery.
UK Mainland Delivery
• Small Parcels under 25kg will be delivered via Courier at a cost of £10.
• Large items like furniture and Barbeques will be delivered on a pallet at a cost of £50.
• All delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
Please note, we are unable to deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Eire, Mainland Europe and ROW.

When will my delivery arrive?
Once checkout is complete, we will notify you of your estimated delivery date. Local delivery will usually be within 2 working days, however, during peak season this may be longer. National delivery for small parcels within two working days and pallet deliveries can take up to 10 working days. Our delivery service runs Monday-Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Can I specify a time to receive my delivery?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee you a time slot.
Where will the driver leave my order/goods?
Most of our larger items will be delivered on pallets. The delivery driver will not be able to carry your order up or down steps, through your property or into your garden. The driver will only be able to wheel your order as close to your property as possible, in some cases this may be kerbside.
Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?
Someone must be on site to accept the delivery, particularly for large items delivered on a pallet/s. For small parcels, if you are not in when the delivery takes place, then this will be rearranged and will incur an extra cost to you. If you are unable to be home to accept your delivery, then you may leave instructions of your ‘safe place’. Deliveries will be left at your own risk and Yarnton Home & Garden cannot be responsible for any loses. Please note, we are unable to enter your property.
From time to time, we may need to rearrange your delivery due to adverse weather, traffic etc. This is, however, very rare and will be rearrange at no extra cost to you.
Will the driver unpack my purchase?
At this time we are unable to unpack or assemble any item you purchase and will not be able to remove or take away any packaging or pallet. If this is a service you require please contact us BEFORE placing your order at email@example.com. You will incur an extra cost for this service.
National Pallet Deliveries cannot be made:
• On to soft ground such as grass, gravel, or soil.
• To premises where it is illegal for a lorry to park or offload.
• Where the surface of the access road is very unstable, soft or muddy.
• Where the access road is on a steep incline.
• Where the access road does not provide the delivery vehicle with 10 feet (3.05m) width clearance and 14 feet (4.27m) vertical clearance.
Can I select different delivery and billing addresses?
It is possible to select different delivery and billing addresses on check out if required.
Will you assemble my furniture?
This is currently not a service we provide.
What if my item is delivered damaged?
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours of delivery, by calling 01865 372124. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, for faulty goods you have a right to a full refund in most cases, up to 30 days after purchase.
Pending payment information:
Pending payments occur when your bank earmarks a 3D secure issue with your billing details and the details that you have registered your card with.
Please ensure you match your billing address of your card to your billing address. You are able to change the delivery address for your order if required.
Pending payments will be held by your bank provider for up to 5 working days. Please contact them for any further issues.
