Yarnton Home and Garden operates its own fleet of delivery vehicles. Deliveries to OX postcode areas only.
Free standard delivery on orders over the value of £499. Deliveries under £499 are as follows:
£6.95 per delivery address. We use Royal Mail Silver Service (Parcels require signature on arrival).
When will my delivery arrive?
After you have placed your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date with you. We aim to deliver your goods within 48 hours. Our delivery service runs Monday-Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Can I specify a time to receive my delivery?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee you a time slot.
What if I am not at home to accept the Ddelivery?
If you cannot be home to accept your delivery, you may give us instructions on where to leave your goods. Deliveries will be left at your own risk and Yarnton Home and Garden cannot be responsible for any loses.
Can I select different delivery and billing addresses?
It is possible to select different delivery and billing addresses on check out if required.
Will the delivery driver leave my order in a specific place?
Items will be delivered to your front door.
Will you assemble my furniture?
This is currently not a service we provide.
What if my item is delivered damaged?
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours of delivery, by calling 01865 372124. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, for faulty goods you have a right to a full refund in most cases, up to 30 days after purchase.
