Magic Garden Refund Policy

Please note, we do not give refunds for any sessions. To notify us of a change to your session please email magicgarden@yarntonhomegarden.co.uk and we will do our best to arrange an alternative for you. We require 48 hours’ notice of any changes. We are also unable to split bookings. Please note, we cannot accept booking changes via Facebook, Instagram, phone, or any other email address.

Party options:

Peak Party (most popular, suitable for all ages) 

Saturday: 9.30am – 11.30pm, 12pm- 2pm, or 2.30pm – 4.30pm
Sunday: 10am – 11.45am, 12.15pm – 2pm, or 2.30pm – 4.15pm

Each party is inclusive of:

• Priced per child (minimum of 10 children, maximum of 25)
• Child Entry
• 1 adult per child (2 adults for Birthday Child)
• A card for the birthday child
• Private party room, with heating/air conditioning
• A professional party host for the entire party
• Play for up to 2 hours Monday – Saturday or 1hr 45 mins on Sundays, in the Magic Garden
• Delicious selection of buffet style party food
• Unlimited squash and water for the children
• Free downloadable invitations
• Tableware provided
• No clear up required
• Bluetooth speakers

Q – We don’t know how many children are coming to the party until we have sent our invitations, so how many do we book for? 
A – We recommend that you book for 10 children (as this is the minimum) and then on your party booking sheet you will receive you can note your initial party numbers as an estimate

Q – We would like to decorate the room, can we bring the decorations beforehand for your team to put up for us? 
A – Due to only 30 minutes between each party, we do not have time to decorate for you. You are more than welcome to bring decorations with you on the day but you will be responsible for putting these up. If you are heavily decorating, we recommend inviting your guests 10 minutes after your party start time.

Q – We would like to bring our own snacks and drinks for adults, is this allowed? 
A  – We do not permit any food or drink to be brought into the Magic Garden.

Q – Can we add extra guests, party bags or cakes on at a later date? 
A – Yes, when you receive your booking form, add the information you would like. If this changes at any point, resend the booking form to the party co-ordinator who will amend your balance so you can pay the additional fee on the day. You can make changes up to 5 working days before the party.

Q – We have some babies coming, they will not be eating. Do we need to add them to the list? 
A – All guests regardless of age must be on your guest list, however you are only required to pay for guests who are eating and joining the party

Q – Some guests would like to bring a sibling to the party who is not invited, how do they pay for them?
A – All extra guests that are not members of the party (ie. extra adults or children) can be added to the guest list and paid for on the day at the normal play price as they will not be catered for

Q – What happens if i have booked for 15 children but only 10 arrive 
A – All numbers given to the party co-ordinator on the day of your final notice email are final. This is what you will be charged for regardless of if the guests arrive as we will have negotiated our capacity and prepared food for that amount

Q – Can we bring our own entertainment?
A – You must let the party organiser know in advance of any entertainment; Magic Garden has every right to say no to entertainment.

Hooray! Yarnton Magic Garden is Winner of the Little Ankle Biters Award 2022 for Best Soft Play!

Yarnton Magic Garden sets itself apart as a soft play that both kids and grown ups can enjoy. My son loves the variety and we can easily spend a whole session here and still not be ready to leave!  There’s a great soft play frame, bouldering wall and lots of small world imaginative play to be had at the campfire kitchen and garden shed.  As a parent, I can relax on a comfy sofa and enjoy a latte and yummy slice of cake.  Fitting in a little shopping to pick up some gorgeous gifts afterwards is a bonus too.  Yarnton Home & Garden is a regular visit for us and gets a very big thumbs up from Red Kite Days.
