Masterclass Sky Blue Shallow Casserole Dish 4L

An all round shallow casserole dish, lightweight in cast aluminium, and ideal if you're looking for a dish that is much lighter than cast iron. Aluminium is a great heat conductor, giving an even and quick cook, but as this dish is oven safe up to 200°C (392°F), you can also use it to make dishes which require a slow cook.

In beautiful sky blue, this 4 Litre (7 Pint) casserole dish has two handles, a top knob and a scratch-proof layer which acts as a non-stick surface. When covered, the lid acts to help bast the contents, catching steam and moisture as the ingredients are heated.

Suitable for all hobs, including induction, the Masterclass casserole dish is easy to clean and is dishwasher safe.
