Our Baby Wellbeing course is designed for expectant or new parents and caregivers by supporting you on your journey and welcoming a new member to your family. Wellbeing is so important for us all, but especially in the early months of caring for a new bundle of joy.
Expect weekly use of baby weighing scales, expert guidance, hints, and tips on a variety of subjects but most importantly a local support network of friends that will hopefully last a lifetime.
Brief Course Content
Week one - 28th February - Introduction, meet the support group, weigh your baby, Q & A
Week two - 7th March - SLEEP, (what’s that?!) comfort, routines, disturbed sleep patterns,
Week three - 14th March- first aid for babies and toddlers, and baby-proofing your home.
Week four - 21st March- baby massage taster session and goodie bag
Week five - 28th March - introduction to preparing tasty first foods and feeding your baby
Week six - 4th April - tiny yoga (babies not parents) taster session
Bonus week - 11th April - social week, coffee cake, final Q & A with partners
