Nurture & Nest: Baby Wellbeing Course

Our Baby Wellbeing course is designed for expectant or new parents and caregivers by supporting you on your journey and welcoming a new member to your family.  Wellbeing is so important for us all, but especially in the early months of caring for a new bundle of joy.
 

Expect weekly use of baby weighing scales, expert guidance, hints, and tips on a variety of subjects but most importantly a local support network of friends that will hopefully last a lifetime.
 
Brief Course Content
Week one - ​28th February​​ - Introduction, meet the support group, weigh your baby, Q & A
Week two - ​7th March - ​​SLEEP, (what’s that?!)  comfort, routines, disturbed sleep patterns,
Week three - ​14th March​​- first aid for babies and toddlers, and baby-proofing your home.
Week four - ​21st March​- baby massage taster session and goodie bag
Week five​ - 28th March​​ - introduction to preparing tasty first foods and feeding your baby
Week six​ - 4th April - ​tiny yoga (babies not parents) taster session
Bonus week​ - 11th April​ - social week, coffee cake, final Q & A with partners
