Willow Weaving Plant Support

Willow Weaving Plant Support

Towering, rustic willow plant supports are such a beautiful and traditional addition to an English garden. If you’ve always wished to learn how to make one, then now is your chance!

Using traditional willow weaving skills, join Mel Bastier of Out to Learn Willow in a fun and creative garden plant support workshop.

Get your creative fingers ready to make a beautiful traditional plant support to use in the garden for sweet peas and other tender stemmed plants.  Can also be decorated in the winter as an alternative Christmas tree.

Mel will give you background information on the cultivation and history of willow, and guide you through the techniques needed, using a variety of natural willow colours to personalise your own support.
