Yarnton are thrilled to collaborate with Park Fair this summer!
Park Fair is a family festival with boutique shopping, live music, fairground rides, workshops and more! Find them on the edge of the Cotswolds in the beautiful village of Great Tew from Friday 21st – Sunday 23rd June.
We will be hosting our very own Yarnton Children’s Events in our marquee, hooray!
Our workshops are all free, but tickets are required for each child. Please arrive at the Yarnton marquee 5 minutes before the event starts. Any no-shows will lose the space(s) and be offered to the waiting list on the day.
Park Fair entry tickets are required in addition to our workshop tickets (except for Mashquins)
Tickets are required for children attending.

Paint, Pot & Play
Join us for our popular gardening workshop! Children will have the opportunity to paint and personalise a sustainable plant pot, before adding a seasonal plant to take home. The perfect way for your little ones to enjoy their first experience of gardening. Drying time 20 - 30 minutes.
Suitable for ages 3+ with adult assistance.
Crystal Kids with Crystaljak
Exclusive and a firm favourite at Yarnton Home and Garden, exploring the magical world of crystals. Learn what they look like, how they feel, and how we can work with them. Use a variety of colourful crystals to make patterns and pictures, enjoy a simple guided meditation and take home a bag of crystals to enjoy later.
Suitable for ages 6+.
Upcycled Kids Clothing with Life Styling
Join us for a fun-filled hour of creativity. Kids will get the chance to re-imagine a pre-loved denim jacket (which will be provided) or you are also welcome to bring your own.
With a focus on environmental awareness, and for kids to express themselves and build confidence with their unique style using sustainable fabric paints, preloved beads, and buttons. Drying time 30 minutes
Suitable for ages 7+.
Baby Massage with JoJo Baby Massage
In this taster session learn a short message sequence using aromatic oils. Relaxing music and cosy super soft mats create a relaxing space and is a beautiful way to connect with your new bundle of joy. Includes an ink-free baby footprint card and pocket hug to take away.
Suitable for ages 6 weeks until crawling, with adult assistance.
Mashquins with Sarees by Marisha (Drop-in sessions throughout the weekend)
The ground-breaking Mashquin workshop gives your fashion inspired child the freedom to explore fashion, design, and culture in an environmentally friendly way.
Using a mini desktop mannequin, a supply of captivating, colourful fabrics, textiles, and accessories, using folding, twisting, and layering techniques. No glueing, cutting or sewing is required just a stash of dressmaking pins.
